  1. Damaged or Defective Plants

If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the plant and packaging. We will review your claim and may offer a replacement or a full/partial refund.


  1. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns on healthy plants once they have been delivered and accepted. Please inspect your plants upon arrival and notify us immediately if thereโ€™s a problem.

  1. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original method of payment within 5โ€“7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


  1. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, we may have already started preparing your plants for shipment and cannot guarantee cancellation.
